1. Seller Identification
The company OGIER RETAIL DEVELOPMENT SA, with share capital of 250 000 CHF, registered at Gstipfstrasse 6, 3902 Glis, entered in the Commercial Register of the canton of Valais under the number CHE 298 326 779.
2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all orders placed through the website www.ogier1948.com (“the Site”) for the purchase of products offered by OGIER (“the Seller”), both to customers residing in Switzerland and internationally, unless otherwise specified.
3. Products
Product descriptions and illustrations (photos, videos, etc.) on the Site are for indicative purposes only and are not contractually binding. OGIER strives to present products as accurately as possible.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the Site constitutes a binding purchase offer by the Customer. Acceptance of the order is subject to OGIER’s written confirmation (via email). OGIER reserves the right to decline any order without providing reasons. For international orders, acceptance may depend on shipping
feasibility or local restrictions.
5. Prices
Product prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), including Swiss VAT (where applicable), unless otherwise specified.
For cross-border deliveries, prices do not include foreign VAT, customs duties, or any other import taxes unless explicitly stated.
The Customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and administrative fees required by the destination country.
OGIER reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates at the time of the order.
6. Payment Terms
Payment must be made online by credit card or any other payment method detailed on the Site. OGIER reserves the right to exclude some payment methods or require prepayment, especially for international shipments.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer during ordering, both within Switzerland and internationally.
Delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary, particularly for international shipments due to customs clearance or local delivery services.
OGIER is not liable for any delays caused by customs, couriers, or other external factors.
Shipping costs are indicated at checkout. For international deliveries, additional costs may be charged by local authorities (see Article 5).
8. Right of Return (Withdrawal)
According to Swiss law, there is no mandatory statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, OGIER offers a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt, provided returned products are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories.
To initiate a return, login to your account at www.ogier1948.com, choose the detail page for your order and mark the items you need to return. You will receive a Return Authorization Number.
For international returns, potential customs and shipping fees is under the Customer’s responsibility.
Refunds for international returns cover the purchase price of the product only (original shipping, customs, and duties are non-refundable).
9. Guarantees and Claims
Products are covered by the statutory Swiss warranty for defects (Articles 197 et seq. Swiss Code of Obligations). For products shipped abroad, Customers must inspect deliveries promptly and report any defects by email, ideally with photos.
OGIER will decide whether to replace, repair, or refund defective products. For international returns, OGIER may request proof of destruction or offer other solutions, given return costs.
10. Liability
OGIER is not responsible for indirect, immaterial, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, especially in the context of international shipping, customs, or regulatory issues outside Switzerland.
OGIER’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is handled according to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Data are processed exclusively for order management and delivery, including cross-border data transmission when necessary.

12. Intellectual Property
All Site content is protected under Swiss intellectual property law. Any use or reproduction requires OGIER’s prior written consent.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any related sales are governed exclusively by Swiss law, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For disputes, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be at OGIER’s registered office in Switzerland, except where mandatory legal jurisdiction applies in the Customer’s country.
