Product information
Are OGIER products guaranteed?

All OGIER products are made with the highest level of craftmanship
and the best quality materials. The strong confidence we have in our Made in Italy manufacturing permits us to offer a lifetime guarantee for all products.

OGIER products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product free of charge or replace it at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided.

OGIER lifetime guarantee does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

For any damage not covered under the lifetime guarantee, OGIER may offer to repair the damage. If such an offer is made, it will be discussed with the client, prior to any repairs being made.

Are OGIER products authentic and original?

Yes, we guarantee all products sold on our website and in our stores are 100% authentic OGIER items.

How do I know my size?

Our sizing guide is available on every product page as well as a dedicated sizing app which will help you make the proper choice. If you’re unsure, contact us at online-store@ogier1948.com and we’ll help you find your best fit.



How should I care for my OGIER product?

Care instructions are included on the garment tag and listed on each product page.
For best results, please follow these guidelines.



Does OGIER provide Made to Measure services and can OGIER products be personalized?

OGIER offers a Made to Measure service and would be happy to help you design a unique product. We are here to help make your dream a reality.

In addition, a selection of OGIER products can be personalized.

Starting November 1ST 2025, our stores will offer a dedicated personalization program.

The boutiques ambassadors will be happy to accompany you in your project.

OGIER is working on providing this service for online customers in the near future.

What methods of payment are accepted?

You can shop on Ogier1948.com using the following payment methods: 

- All major credit cards, including American Express, Mastercard, VISA, China Union Pay, Diners, Discover, JCB,.
- Selected mobile payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

Do you allow tax refunds?

Tax refunds are not available for online purchases on the ogier1948.com website.

Only items purchased in a OGIER boutique can be tax refunded.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Which countries does OGIER ship to?

We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

We invite you to verify at checkout the delivery options available for your shipping address at the time of the order.

All the available delivery destinations can be selected at the check-out page.


Ogier1948.com does not ship orders to General Delivery and P.O. Boxes.

WillI have to pay customs duties or taxes for international orders?

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by their country.

How do I place an order on the OGIER website?

Simply browse our collection on www.ogier1948.com, select the item and size, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout instructions. An order confirmation will be emailed to you once your purchase is complete.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at online-store@ogier1948.com as soon as possible. Once the order is processed, changes may not be possible.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track your orders and manage your personal information.


Returns & Exchanges
What is OGIER's return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items with original tags and packaging.

The original purchaser can arrange a free return of any full price item bought through our website, in three simple steps which are described in the applicable Terms of Sale and summarized as follows:

1. Login to your account at www.ogier1948.com. Choose the detail page for your order and mark the items you need to return. You will receive a Return Authorization Number.

2. Place all items for return in their original boxes and packaging, along with
the Return Authorization Number (see above).

3. Attach the UPS adhesive return label to the outside of the box.

4. Contact UPS to arrange the pick-up or leave the parcel at a designated drop-off location (www.ups.com).

The refund will be issued upon return acceptance, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I exchange an item?

To ensure the fastest service, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are generally borne by OGIER . Refunds for international returns cover the purchase price of the product only (original shipping, customs, and duties are non-refundable).
